House extension and full renovation | Brentwood, Essex

Two-storey side extension and single storey rear extension, creating an open-plan kitchen diner, games room, garden room, and Master bedroom suite with dressing room and bathroom.

We were commissioned to transform a family home in Brentwood, Essex. With so much potential, it was a case of really listening to what our clients were looking for, and designing them their dream home. A two-storey side extension allowed for a Master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite, freeing up space to increase the size of guest bedrooms and create an inviting open landing.

A single storey rear extension meant we could give our clients a large kitchen-diner, making it the true heart of the home.  Full glazing on the kitchen and a glazed garden room give views of the gardens beyond.
